Down Etc Reviews

I ordered a pillow from Down Etc and I’m really happy with it. It’s super soft but still holds its shape way better than my old pillow, which used to go flat quickly. It did take me a couple of nights to adjust, but now I genuinely look forward to sleeping on it. So comfy :)

I ordered a down pillow from downetc.com a while back, and I’m glad I trusted my gut on it. The material felt nice right away, not cheap or scratchy, and the cover has a good weight to it. The stitching still looks tight too, which is always something I notice after a bit of use.
I’ve slept on it every night since, and it hasn’t gone flat or gotten lumpy. It’s just stayed comfortable and supportive, so I’m happy with the purchase. I’d definitely buy it again...

I had to wait a really long time to hear back from customer service. It was frustrating because I just wanted a simple response and it felt like nothing was happening.

I’m not totally sure if I mixed up the delivery date or if it just got delayed, but it definitely felt like it took a while to arrive. The box was in okay shape when it finally showed up, so no major issues there.

The firmness is pretty much right where I wanted it. It’s not flat or flimsy, but it’s also not one of those overly stiff hotel-style pillows that feels like your head is sitting on a brick. My neck feels supported, and I’m not waking up constantly adjusting it, which is a nice change.

Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. Overall, I’m happy with it and yeah, I’d buy it again.
